Do you recommend any website for background information on Fundraising?

October 14, 2014

Is there one reliable starting point for background information on Fundraising?  Yes - go to the website of the Institute of Fundraising:  http://www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk/home/

Some of the information is in a 'members only' area but there is a lot of really useful guidance available to everyone on getting started in fundraising, building your strategy and, of course the legal issues around the various strands of activity.

If you are short of time, sign up for my regular monthly newsletter ('Fundraising Tips').  In this I summarise some of the things which I have found interesting druing the month, give links to recent research and reports and review some new fundraising tools and resources.

Let me know what you think by feeding back through the blog.
